Day Program / Group Home Managers in Passaic, NJ

Community Options, Inc is seeking Full-time Community Support Managers to supervise group homes and day programs for people with developmental disabilities in and around Passaic County, NJ. The positions require the expertise to exercise good judgment, remain calm in a crisis, interact positively with others, and use common sense.Assignments include management of staff; preparation of reports and other documentation; planning and executing recreational, educational, vocational, and volunteer activities; and ensuring that all areas of the programs meet agency and state standards. Managers are on-call and must be willing and able to respond to emergencies 24/7.Ideal candidates will be flexible, positive, organized, and able to work unaided. Candidates must have HS degree or equivalent and NJ driver's license in good standing.
